Masai Mara Reserve-Kenya

Everything about Africa you have learned from afar is real. The wildlife, the tribes, and even the red sunset that seems to warm you somewhere deep inside with dusk casting its shadow over the savanna. However, expecting to be camping in the middle of the bush with pristine white tents, while elephants and lions harmonically pass your tent curious about the delicious pots of food cooking over your campfire, you may be disappointed. Bring your own toilet paper, a bed sheet, and be prepared for more than enough authentic Kenyan food, and an old army tent with curious critters flying about as permanent residents.
Don't be mis-guided, Mike and I were very pleased with our Safari and Paul, our guide of 12 years experience! For reference, check Marble Travel (and ask for Paul!).
